1 Yep, they voted alright, just after the puppet "Iraqi" "government" changed the rules to make it so that it has to be an artificial two-thirds majority in three or more provinces to discard the "constitution" instead of a simple majority in 3 or more provinces, making the actual voting a formality, as they knew that otherwise it would've gotten voted down in at least 3 of the provinces. The "constitution" is fake anyway, written by Americans and worth even less than the American constitution.
