Fascism Is Constitutional

The Supreme Court has rejected efforts to block The One's forced sail of Chrysler to Fiat and the fleecing of secured debt holders.

Given that this is the same august body that issued the Kelo Decision, their coming down on the side of fascism in this case too is no great surprise.

None of the news outlets are reporting how the decision was reached or the reasoning behind it. Look for further updates later.

1 Good point.  Obama has been steadily taking over certain industries and the major media do not report anything but what's on the surface.  If the Supreme Court reaches an important decision, we never know the reasoning behind because the media never reports it, especially if it might harm Obama.  I touch upon how Obama is taking over every industry that used to be a vestige of the private sector in my own blog.  http://politicsinsightfulpast.com/  Feel free to visit and leave your insight.
