Slim Pickin's for Dems

The Clinton newsletter has waisted no time in painting Hillary Clinton's run for the Democrat nomination as a struggle in a news analysis piece titled Clinton’s Success in Presidential Race Is No Sure Thing.

The big problem for the Democrats if Patrick Healy's analysis is correct is that compared to the others who are running, Clinton is "the most battle tested."

What battle was that?

She barely has more experience in the Senate than either Barak Obama or John Edwards and has a legislative record that is equally bereft of any accomplishment. The fact that she was once First Lady does not count as a qualification to the presidency. The fact that her husband cheated on her and committed perjury while President does not qualify her to hold the office. Nor does the fact that she failed in her attempt to have the federal government nationalize health care.

If Hillary Clinton is the most qualified and battle tested candidate the Democrats have - they have some serious problems.

1 Hillary's team has learned the fine art of turning the media away from her. The lack of examination (protection) given her philosophies, policies, practices, and campaigns show that either Establishment Media are complicit in her protection and promotion -or- Team Hillary has confused, befuddled and distracted the beasts.

When they show polls of people who support her note that they never show the numbers of those who oppose her. Her negatives equal if not surpass her positives.

2 I agree Andy - though I tend more toward a complicit rather than confused media.

Not to suggest an actual conspiracy but simply that a good deal of the media and the Clinton campaign share the same goal. Hillary for President!

3 The Democrats definitely have problems. They're pushing all their money toward Hillary. She's a snake. I would vote for nearly anybody but her.

4 How anticlimatic... Hillary announces she's running for Dicta- um, President.

Bet she can't wait to wrap her hoof around an ink pen, sink into The Big Comfy Oval Office Chair, and start building her empire.

5 Anybody, but Hillary's body!

Regardless of whether you believe she was too gullible to know her husband was having sex in the next room with another woman, or you believe that it was she who actually ran the White House with the "First Pervert" acting as figurehead, can we really afford another 4 years of Clinton scandals?

Were she to get elected, it would certainly not be a good time to be an amployee at an aspirin factory!

There are two things about politics in the U.S. that really bother me;

1st- We seem to be willing to led by our limited attentions spans, no one is willing to look at the past performance of any politician.

2nd- America seems to be divided into 2 groups... Patriots and Democrats.

Must America fail to prove the Democrats wrong?
