That's the title of the little book John Kerry wrote long before he decided that his service in Vietnam was something to boast about. Something to base a presidential campaign on. The introduction contains a portion of Kerry's 1971 testimony before congress as part of Vietnam Veterans Against the War. Here is a bit of what he had to say about what he now so proudly trumpets as the foundation of his qualifications for the Presidency.
. I hope to get into the
tomorrow. Then of course there is the

The first part could sucker almost anyone, but the second shows who Kerry is: a Defeatist.
"You cannot fight Communism all over the world"?! Yes, you can, but not in the way it was done in Vietnam.
It's too bad that John F. Kennedy's call to
go anywhere to defend sny friend and oppose sny foe to ensure the survival of Liberty has been convieniently poo-poo'd by the current strain of "Liberals".
Maybe if they actually took the time to think about about what they believe in (freedom), then they could see that their fellow Americans on the "Right" (not Frenchmen, U.N. Delegates or cowardly Spaniards) have their interests in mind.
Fat chance.

We have a whole generation of people in this country who think freedom is free. Along the way somewhere, it was left out the price for freedom is priceless.
It takes a country's treasure to ensure the freedoms we enjoy stay alive. It takes a certain amount of controlled violence to keep freedom from dying.
How ironic, they are using, abusing and enjoying the freedoms they would so earnestly take from others who disagree with them. Blind as a bat, loony as a cuckoo and dangerous as a rabid dog.

The riggers of war I am sure will bitter anyones point of view on war. So Kerrys point view's are understandable. That doesen't meen we should agree, just that we shood and listen to what the man has to say, becouse he has been there and done that.

What freedom? Whose freedom? Sadr and his Shiite followers? Those are the precise people we went to Iraq to liberate. Now we're fighting them. For Freedom? What does any of those cowards in the White House know about fighting for freedom? Not a one of them ever served in a war for one tour, let alone two. Don't talk to me about fighting for freedom, you don't give two hoots about freedom. If George Bush said the Iraqi's could fight it out amongst themselves, you'd be all for it. If he wanted to drop a bomb and flatten Najaf, you'd be all for that too. You don't care about Iraqi's, freedom, or anything of the sort. You're all wrapped up in the flag of false bravado, not the flag of the United States. Sick, people like you have made this country a sick, sick place.

Kennedy was probably right - our presence in Vietnam at that particular time might have contributed to keeping China "in check" and doing more to defeat communism than we can know at this time - history may tell if this might have prevented China-Russian take over of much of the world. This 80 year old WW2 guy will probably never know.

I just ask why do we all buy into these wars. either between countries or politicians. it is alla farse.the true meaning behind it all is to move us closer to a world dictatorship. and unfortunately it does not matter which party is in office dem. or rep. were still moving forward to this end. our very first president had it right all along. that is to stay out of all foreign entanglements. while this is all our world. this is our part of it and that is theirs.
and while we would like to give others the same gift we have been given it is not ours to give.
if the Lord wills these people to have the same freedoms and gifts that we enjoy he will put in their hearts the will to fight for those freedoms
and that is the only way it will work because unless they fight for it they will not appreciate and protect it. just look at the generations in this country itself most americans don't stand up for and protect our constitution. because we are spoiled and lazy.

Sandy, you need to get into some type of group home, where you can get some help - you're really sick, friend -
(Oh...you're already
in a "shelter facility"?...Never mind!!)
(Somebody want to tell Sandy's keeper to keep the computer locked up better?)

The links to the Kerry book are broken. I keep getting errors in IE and Mozilla. Please fix them and I will post the PDFs on my blog giving you full credit. This book has to be read by everyone so they can understand the depth of the depravity of this man.
God bless America and Semper Fi.

Ya know...Yahoo webspace is free and somewhat anonymous(very anonymous if you use some friendly proxies).
Threat of legal action against posting of this book is very real. If the pdf's are spread far and wide among free web hosts, open FTP sites, and other places it will be harder for folks to remove them.
And Sandy...poor dillusional Sandy. If my country is such a sick place please feel free to move to another country...like...oh...France or Germany or some other God forsaken place that we will liberate in the future.

IT IS OFFICIAL AS OF SAT NIGHT, KERRY HAS SPOKEN LONGER ABOUT HIS SERVICE IN VIETNAM THEN HE WAS ACTUALLY THERE FOR 4 MONTHS. A TRANSFER FROM ONE ASIGNMENT TO ANOTHER DOES NOT CONSTITUTE TWO TOURS OF DUTY YET HE KEEPS SAYING IT. GRAND PA SAID, "A HALF TURTH IS A WHOLE LIE"

This guy in my opinion is a traitor. If he is elected my son and two nephews, who are in the service at this time, my son going on 26 years, are in more danger than I care to think about. Kerry MUST NOT be elected as the leader of this country, if he is we won't make a move in our current war without the permission of the French, Germans and U.N.

If anyone doubts the treasonous nature of John Kerry, please read "The New Soldier" and "Unfit For Command". Kerry is the most inappropriate candidate for president in the last 100 years.

With so much information to be found by reading, it is a mystery to me why anyone would vote for John Kerry unless they're "seeing red". If he were to win the Presidency, we would have socialized medicine and the most incredible array of new programs which would cause taxes to skyrocket (paid for by us poor suckers out here). He would be so concerned about being "sensitive" toward our enemies that we wouldn't even notice the knife slipping between our ribs until we see the pool of blood on the floor. The man was a traitor in the 70s and in my opinion he hasn't changed. He and John Edwards (both lawyers, by the way) will sell us down the river for the power they so desperately crave.

I knew a brave young soldier named Gary, that was burnt alive in his tank by the NVA in Vietnam. For his sacrafice he was spit upon and labeled a baby killer by John Kerry. Kerry has not changed and neither have I. There is a soldier from Canton Ohio who I did not know. His name is Richard. He was the first local soldier to die in Iraq. His name is no a plaque at his high school. It hangs in his honor with all those that have gone before him. I know because I put it there. May God bless his soul.
